Her project is dedicated to help new mothers by providing a "First Aid Baby Box" that supports hygiene, safety tips, baby clothes and nutrition for both the mother and her newborn baby after delivery. The first project of establishment will be in Leuk Daek, Cambodia. This initiative aims to establish a working support system for mothers in the village. But to make this possible, we need your help. AS A YOUNG WOMAN SHE FLED WITH HER OLDEST KIDS AS BABIES, AND LEFT EVERYTHING BEHIND BECAUSE OF THREAT AND ABUSE. NOW SHE RAISES HER VOICE TO HELP WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN VUNERABLE SITUATIONS AROUND THE WORLD.
Lemonie Sarah Smith, the heart and vision behind Scandinavia X, knows firsthand the struggles of starting over. As a young woman, she fled for her life with her children, leaving everything behind. In the midst of hardship, it was her unwavering faith in God and the grace that carried her through that allowed her to rebuild. Photography became her refuge, a way to find beauty in the world around her when much seemed tough. Through her lens, she discovered the quiet elegance of nature and the subtle reminders of God’s goodness, even in the smallest details.
The Scandinavia X collection reflects this journey, a celebration of serenity, resilience, and the hidden beauty we often overlook. She also donates to help women and children in vulnerable situations, just as Lemonie and her family once were.
